Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us through
our Etsy shop to cancel your order within this period. If it has been more than 7 days since your
order was placed but it has not yet shipped, you must contact us through Etsy to discuss
potential cancellation options.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Custom Work:
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders (including laser engraving or name
stamping) unless there is an obvious error in the design. Please review your customization
details carefully before submitting your order.
Non-Customized Items:
We accept returns and exchanges for non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. To
qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as when they were
shipped. If the item returned does not meet these conditions, a fee will be applied. To initiate a
return or exchange, please contact us through our Etsy shop with your order number and the
reason for the return or exchange.
Refund Processing:
Refunds or exchanges are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please
allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment once
the item is received and inspected.
